If you need to cancel an order, for any reason, you can do so by heading to Profile > Sales.
Then hit the three dots in the upper left corner of the sale you want to cancel.
Select Cancel Order.
An order can only be cancelled by the seller before the tracking number has been entered.
If you have already shipped an order and you need to cancel it you will need to contact the carrier you used to ship the package and see if you can get it re-routed back to you. If you are able to get the package back safely in your possession please contact GearUp Support so we can refund the payment.
