After a transaction is complete, it can take a few days for the funds to become redeemable to your bank account.
For security purposes, it typically takes 3 days after the buyer marks the item as delivered for your funds to become redeemable.
If a buyer does not mark the item as delivered within 10 days of uploading the tracking number for your item, we will assume that the item has been successfully delivered and your funds will move from pending to redeemable.
If after 3 days of the buyer accepting your order, or 10 days after the tracking number has been uploaded, your funds are still pending please reach out to us to resolve the issue.
